Google Labs NY asked us to bring their US platform to a very Google-skeptic Europe.

So we went through thousands of stories, worked with journalists, researchers, alternative communities, microbrewers (who turned out to be world-class hackers) and even a genius from the Max Planck Institute.

The final stories show how Google really made a difference to people. And telling them kept on changing their lives: Lars and Isa Pflieger, ended up nominated People of the Year by Germany’s biggest TV channel.
